Our classes are offered weekly and are posted on our Meetup.com page for the month. Topics vary, are interactive and thought-provoking. These community classes are free to the public and cover areas of concern like diabetes, plant-based nutrition, and seasonal topics, all related to wellness.
5 Week Class
Also offered is a consecutive interactive five-week class for a minimal fee. This class encompasses a complete format of health and wellness. A booklet is provided, and the class size is limited to six creating an intimate and enjoyable learning experience for all. Homework is a necessity, which helps you practice, what you are learning and creates an interactive class style where we share our accomplishments, as well as our fears. Through transparency and the willingness to be coached, we create understanding and growth. This class is optimal for families, groups and organizations working together.
